POSITION SUMMARY

Subaru Superstore of Surprise is seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Service Valet to join our Service Department.

The Automotive Service Valet plays an essential role in providing an exceptional customer experience by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining an organized service drive, and supporting the daily operations of the Service Department.

The ideal candidate is professional, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Greet customers professionally and assist with vehicle drop-off and pickup.

· Safely park, retrieve, and relocate customer vehicles.

· Assist Service Advisors and technicians with vehicle staging and movement.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service drive and parking areas.

· Assist with vehicle preparation and basic cleanliness checks.

· Follow dealership procedures for vehicle keys and customer property.

· Report vehicle damage, safety concerns, or customer issues to management.

· Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.

· Follow all dealership driving, safety, and operational procedures.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or GED preferred.

· Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets dealership insurance requirements.

· Previous automotive dealership, valet, porter, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

· Ability to safely operate automatic-transmission vehicles; manual-transmission experience is a plus.

· Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional appearance.

· Ability to safely maneuver vehicles in parking lots and service areas.

· Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Arizona summer temperatures.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and frequently enter and exit vehicles throughout the workday.

· Ability to follow instructions, dealership policies, and established safety procedures.

· Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
