1. SoC Safety Island design, integration, and modeling
2. SoC functional safety analysis, design, integration, and modeling
3. SoC system safety and performance analysis
4. Architecture design and RTL implementation of Automotive/Smartphone chipset
5. SoC system bus and memory subsystem design, integration, and modeling

Requirements

1. Familiar with digital IC design, implementation (DFT/STA/CDC), and FPGA emulation flow
2. Experienced in SoC architecture, embedded processor, and bus (AMBA AXI/CHI, NoC) system architecture design is a plus
3. Experience with functional safety design & flow (FMEA, FMEDA, DFA) is a plus
4. Experience with memory subsystem design (cache, DRAM controller) is a plus
Education: Bachelor's Degree
