Automotive TCU Hardware Engineer – Connectivity

Hashlist is seeking a Hardware Engineer - Connectivity to shape Telematic Control Unit (TCU) platforms for a major OEM. Hybrid work in Turin, Italy, full-time with ASAP start.
Responsibilities include defining HW requirements, interfacing with Tier-1 suppliers, and supervising DVP&R and RF certification activities. Requires 3+ years in automotive HW, ISO 26262, CAN, and advanced ECAD skills.
Create and maintain TCU hardware requirements. Ensure HW design stays on time against milestones. Interface with Tier-1 suppliers on HW proposals and analysis. Lead hardware development: requirements, wiring, schematic, BOM. Oversee DVP&R activities and interpret test results. Support RF certification activities and failure analysis. Assist production during prototypes and drive Design FMEA with Quality. Address customer complaints and change requests on TCU hardware. Track hardware defects using dedicated tools (e.g. JIRA). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. At least 3 years in automotive hardware engineering environment. Experience with HW design: component sizing, schematic entry, layout, BOM handling. Hybrid work model Direct hire
