Automotive Technician (A or Strong B-Level) – Busy Shop, Steady Work, No Games

That’s My Mechanic is growing fast—and we’re looking for a skilled technician who’s ready to work in a shop that stays busy, respects your time, and values quality work.

We are overwhelmed with demand (a good problem), and we need a technician who can diagnose, repair, and keep cars moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles

• Accurately identify issues before replacing parts

• Complete jobs efficiently with minimal comebacks

• Work alongside a supportive, fast-paced team

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong diagnostic ability (not just a parts changer)

• 2+ years experience (or strong skill level)

• Own tools

• Reliable and takes pride in quality work

What You’ll Get:

• Consistent workload (no sitting around waiting for jobs)

• Competitive pay based on experience

• Growth opportunities as we expand

• A shop that values your skill—not just your speed

Bonus Points If You:

• Have ASE certifications

• Can handle complex diagnostics independently

If you’re tired of inconsistent hours and want to be part of a growing, respected shop—apply now.
