Join Us Before We Get Bigger

Most people wait until a company is successful before they want to join.

The people who benefit the most are usually the ones who got there early.

All-Star Automotive is a locally owned company with a goal of opening 40 locations over the next 10 years. We are actively building our future team today.

That means the technicians who join us now have a unique opportunity to grow with the company rather than apply to it later.

Future Shop Foremen, Lead Technicians, Trainers, Managers, and Multi-Location Leaders will need to come from somewhere. We want those people to come from inside our own team.

If you're looking for a place where your effort can create real opportunity, this is that kind of company.
