What You'll Do

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning systems, and more
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify and resolve vehicle concerns
• Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs
• Communicate repair recommendations and additional service needs to Service Advisors
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts and materials
• Maintain accurate and thorough repair documentation

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Automotive Technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background check, drug screening, and MVR review

Preferred Qualifications

• Honda dealership or manufacturer experience
• ASE certifications
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
