Responsibilities

• You'll diagnose, repair, and service Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, and Fiat vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards, with the speed and accuracy customers count on. Day to day, that means:
• Diagnosing and fixing engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivability issues
• Using factory diagnostic equipment and special service tools
• Road-testing vehicles to pinpoint problems and confirm repairs
• Handling customer-pay and warranty work to manufacturer specifications
• Reporting findings and recommended services to the Service Advisors
• Working with the Parts Department to get what you need to finish the job
• Documenting your diagnosis and repairs clearly and accurately
• Keeping up with technical service bulletins, new procedures, and emerging technology
• Taking part in manufacturer training and certification programs
• Treating customer vehicles, shop equipment, and tools with care
• Keeping your bay clean and following all safety procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• The ability to complete quality repairs efficiently
• A genuine commitment to workmanship and customer satisfaction
• A valid driver's license
• Preferred: Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, or Fiat experience and ASE certifications
