Welcome to Gossett Kia / Hyundai South. We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Used Car Manager to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. As an Automotive Used Car Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our sales department and ensuring its success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our sales team towards achieving sales targets and objectives
• Develop and implement used vehicle sales strategies to drive our preowned business growth
• Monitor and analyze used vehicle sales performance to identify areas for improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with inventory resources
• Manage and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and productivity in the preowned opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions for preowned vehicles

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Used Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Highly motivated and target-driven
