dealership is seeking a skilled Windshield Repair/Replacement Technician to
join our team. This role is responsible for repairing minor dents, dings, and
hail damage, restoring vehicles to pre-damage condition while maintaining

Responsibilities
- Perform windshield
repair/replacement on a variety of vehicles
- Assess
vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
- Use
specialized tools and techniques to repair/replace windshields
- Maintain
high standards of quality, ensuring repairs meet or exceed customer
expectations
- Communicate
effectively with service advisors and team members regarding repair timelines
and updates
- Keep a
clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all

Requirements
- Previous
experience in windshield repair/replacement required
- Strong
attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to
work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated
with strong time management skills
- Valid
driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to
work independently and as part of a team
