Autonomous Vehicle Logistics & Readiness Technician

About the Role

Join our Mission Readiness team and help keep autonomous vehicles ready for daily testing and operations. You'll prepare vehicles, support fleet operations, organize equipment, and assist technicians.

Responsibilities

• Clean, charge, and prepare autonomous vehicles
• Perform vehicle readiness checks and basic software setup
• Move vehicles, equipment, and parts as needed
• Complete documentation and inventory tasks
• Support vehicle recovery and testing activities
• Assist technicians with basic maintenance (fluid changes, wiring checks, part replacements)

Requirements

• 2–4 years of work experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player with a safety-first mindset
• Able to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen

Preferred

• Automotive trade school or Associate degree
• Experience with Jira or Confluence
• Automotive or fleet maintenance experience

Available Shifts

• AM: Tuesday–Saturday (6:00 AM–2:30 PM)
• AM: Saturday–Wednesday (7:00 AM–3:30 PM)
• PM: Wednesday–Sunday (3:00 PM–11:30 PM)
• PM: Thursday–Monday (3:00 PM–11:30 PM)
• Overnight: Sunday–Thursday (11:00 PM–7:30 AM)
