What we need
Exol is seeking an AutoStore Warehouse Lead who is responsible for leading daily warehouse activities supporting the AutoStore automated storage and retrieval system. This role provides hands-on leadership to warehouse associates while ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient inventory movement, order fulfillment, and system performance.

Exol is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations, and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising.
Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank.
What you’ll do
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while promoting a strong safety culture.
Assign daily work, monitor productivity, and communicate operational priorities.
Oversee AutoStore activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, replenishment, staging, and order fulfillment.
Monitor AutoStore system performance and material flow to identify issues impacting productivity or customer requirements.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, IT, and other support teams to troubleshoot system issues and minimize downtime.
Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper product movement within the AutoStore system.
Ensure orders are accurately picked, staged, packed, and prepared for shipment.
Support replenishment activities and maintain proper inventory availability.
Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks when required to support warehouse operations.
Monitor operational KPIs and use Excel and reporting tools to track productivity, quality, and system performance.
Identify process improvements that increase safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and system utilization.
Escalate equipment, system, safety, and operational issues to the appropriate leadership or support team.
Ensure compliance with all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and automation safety protocols.
What you’ll need
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material-handling experience.
Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience preferred.
Experience working with automated warehouse systems.
AutoStore experience preferred.
Forklift and pallet jack experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven warehouse environment.
Our Environment
Travel could be up to 10% of the time. Employee must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
This is an in-warehouse role; you’ll spend time on the floor as well as in the office.
Flexibility to work multiple shifts (day, swing, night) or be on call depending on operational demands.
Ability to walk/stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and tolerate warehouse environmental conditions (temperature variations, noise, etc).
