Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Billing Specialist.

In this role, we seek a focused, determined, and competitive Billing Specialist capable of achieving a rapid collection cycle, meeting our objectives, serve as point of contact among management team and subsidiaries and whose objective is to support management from an operational, analytical, and tactical perspective, addressing client requests.

Responsibilities

· Invoice validation - review amounts, tax codes for assigned subsidiary, billing information

· Evidence validation - review evidence for marketing expenses, such as photos, videos, documents, etc.

· Information Capture - gather and input data from/to SAP for payments

· Quality Checks - Analyze activity quality rapports

· Report follow up - create subsidiary reporting, such as tracker for validated invoices and rejected cases.

· Training - Training to new hires assigned to their subsidiary

· Governance meetings – Manage and lead subsidiary meetings, team meetings, LDT meetings, etc.

· Manage Brazil invoicing and payment requests creation in SAP

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

· Computer skills

· Basic-Medium Excel proficiency

· Basic written English proficiency (A2)

· Intermediate oral & written Portuguese proficiency (B1)

· Good oral & written communication skills

· Basic accounts payable knowledge

· Multi-tasking & flexibility

· Experience in Accounts Payable

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· SAP basic knowledge

· SOP understanding
