📍 Madison Avenue, New York | 💼 Permanent, Full-Time Contract

Due to further growth of an exciting long-term contract with an international blue chip financial organisation, we now have a new opportunity for a proven AV Event Technician to join our highly collaborative global team, to deliver both onsite / remote event delivery, audio visual support, system checks, and incident management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate supplied infrastructure, equipment and applications in dedicated live event spaces and meeting rooms to deliver live events

  • Ensure operational availability of allocated event spaces and meeting rooms carrying out all regular and pre-event equipment checks

  • Perform L1/L2 incident management

  • Attend post event debriefs for each event

  • Contribute to ongoing development of operating procedures and processes

  • Participate in problem management activities

  • Proactive maintenance/reporting to ensure all AV equipment is always of the highest standard and functioning correctly

  • Demonstrate Self Service AV and VC Capabilities to end users wherever possible

  • Assist with support for video/audio conferencing problems; investigating faults and recommend further actions to rectify

Skills & experience:

  • Proven experience working within an AV / VC support role

  • Solid background in supporting live events

  • Experience must have been gained working in a corporate environment, providing a white-glove service to clients

  • Technically strong across a variety of AV & VC technologies
