You Are:
- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn, grow, and improve. You enjoy hands-on work and prefer being in the field. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
You Have:
- Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A dependable work history, strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a team-oriented attitude.
Your Location:
- 1200 Commerce Drive, Suite 105, Plano, TX 75093
Your Schedule:
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Generally Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm, with occasional overtime, schedule flexibility, and travel based on project demands
- Occasional overnight and out-of-state travel required

- Complete onsite installation work as part of the project team
- Pull, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling
- Install and mount equipment, including TVs, speakers, cameras, access points, and control devices
- Assist with building, wiring, and organizing equipment racks
- Set up and configure devices following project scope and direction
- Foundational understanding of networking, or a willingness to learn
- Troubleshoot common issues with devices, wiring, and connectivity
- Communicate onsite progress and field conditions with Project Managers
- Support professional client interactions and assist with system demonstrations and training
- Maintain exceptional standards for workmanship, organization, cleanliness, and care of client properties
- AV, IT, or low-voltage installation experience preferred; equivalent construction or hands-on technical experience considered
- Ability to read system drawings and adapt to scope changes in the field
- OSHA safety knowledge (preferred)
- Basic personal hand tools required; specialized equipment and tools provided by Ebode
- $20-$30 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills
