AV, Media & ICT Support Executive
Location: West, Singapore
We are looking for a proactive and creative AV, Media & ICT Support Executive to support a school's multimedia, audio-visual, and educational technology needs. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for photography, videography, and technology, and who enjoys working in an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and edit photos and videos of school events, programmes, and student activities.
- Produce multimedia content for the school's website, publications, and social media platforms.
- Operate and support AV systems, PA systems, live-streaming setups, and hybrid events.
- Provide technical support for assemblies, performances, meetings, and school events.
- Support teachers in creating digital learning resources and online content.
- Conduct basic training for staff and students on multimedia and AV equipment.
- Maintain AV equipment inventory and coordinate repairs with vendors.
- Mentor students in Media Club or ICT-related programmes where required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Media Production, Multimedia, ICT, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in photography, videography, multimedia production, or AV support.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), AV equipment, photography, videography, live streaming, and audio systems will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Singapore school environment will be an advantage.
- MOE REMS registration will be an advantage.
