Summary
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot school AV systems like PA, projectors, and digital signage; support events and train student teams on multimedia tech.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Public Address (PA) systems, projectors, displays, sound systems, and other audio-visual equipment across the school.
Provide technical support for assemblies, examinations, lessons, school events, and multimedia presentations, ensuring uninterrupted AV operations.
Manage AV equipment setup, inventory, loan records, preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs with external vendors.
Support video conferencing, wireless presentation systems, Apple TV, digital signage, and classroom multimedia technologies.
Train and supervise AV CCA students on the operation and maintenance of PA systems and audio-visual equipment during school events.
Assist in AV procurement, equipment evaluation, technical specifications, tender submissions, and asset condemnation in compliance with MOE procurement guidelines.
Maintain technical documentation, monitor system performance, resolve AV-related incidents, and ensure compliance with school IT, safety, and operational standards.
