AV Project Manager
Summary
Manages audio-visual and low-voltage installation projects on-site, coordinating teams and clients while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

You Have:
- Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager (AV/LV is a plus!) Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

- Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
- Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
- Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
- Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
- Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
- Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
- Client Experience: Lead meetings and manage expectations for a polished client experience
- Status updates in Project Management Software
- Experience with C4, Savant, and/or Lutron (a plus!)
- $85-95k/yr - Yep!
- Company Vehicle (for business use during work hours; not a take home vehicle)
- PTO: 1 week vacation + 3 PTO days (Yr 1), 2 weeks vacation + 3 PTO days (Yr 2)
