AV Resource Executive (Queenstown)

JD:

Train student PA crew to operate equipment for assemblies, chapel and school events.

Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain PA systems; coordinate with vendors for repairs and servicing.

Audio-Visual Support

Set up, operate and manage AV equipment for school events and classrooms.

Maintain AV/PA inventory, loan records and conduct regular preventive maintenance.

Troubleshoot AV issues and recommend suitable technical solutions.

Support procurement, vendor coordination and condemnation of AV equipment.

Guide and train students in the use of AV equipment.

Broadcasting & Events

Provide technical support for live/recorded broadcasts using platforms such as YouTube Live and Facebook Live.

Manage, mentor and train students supporting live events.

Support video conferencing for staff training and lessons.

Other ICT Support

Support listening comprehension examinations, printing, laminating, video recording and basic video editing.

Assist the ICT team with basic IT troubleshooting and device repairs.

Provide technical support for teaching and learning activities as directed by HOD (ICT).

Participate in school events, including occasional weekends and after-hours support.
