AV Service Technician
Summary
On-site technician installs and services high-end residential AV, lighting, shading, and control systems, troubleshooting devices like Crestron, Savant, and Control4.

You Are:
You Are:
- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
You Have:
- Experience on: construction sites, AV, Lighting, Shading, Control, and Networks.
- Ability to: climb ladders, use power tools & hand tools, lift 50 lbs.
- A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
- Driving: Valid License, Clean record, reliable transportation
Your Location

Your Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
- Mon-Fri 7:00am to 4:30pm
- On call rotation (1-2 Saturdays/month + evenings until 8pm)

- Servicing residential A/V, Home Theater, Network, Control, Lighting, Shading, & Security Systems
- Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents
- Understanding of wiring and signal flow
- Troubleshooting Systems (Crestron, Savant, Control4 (C4), Josh.Ai, Lutron QSX)
- Advanced understanding of networking
- Advanced troubleshooting of devices
- Control System Programming
- Train clients on use of systems
- Recommend upgrades when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service
- Use software for documentation, labor, workflow, and communication
- Maintain complete service records
- +5 yrs in Luxury AV Integration
- Experience programming Savant, C4, and Josh.ai (PREFERRED)
- $65k to $80k/yr
