Summary
Business Analyst translates banking/wealth management needs into requirements and supports Agile delivery, focusing on Avaloq implementations and stakeholder coordination.
Role Scope:
Business Analyst responsible for translating banking/wealth management business needs into clear requirements and supporting end-to-end Agile delivery, with a strong focus on Avaloq.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders across business and IT teams.
- Support solution design, testing, and requirement validation within Agiledelivery models.
- Analyse process gaps in regional or multi-location implementations
Experience and Domain Knowledge:
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Strong domain expertise in areas such as Wealth Management / Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Investments / Capital Markets, or Digital Banking .
Technical Skills
- Experience with banking and investment platforms including Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, and FinIQ.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments .
Requirements are that all candidates must have both:
1) Banking / Wealth Management business experience.
2) Avaloq functional and/or technical experience.
