Experience & Responsibilities:
- 7+ years of experience in Avaya Aura.
- Creates and executes specific deliverables and activities as part of a team assigned to a business-sponsored IT project.
- Key contributor to overall project success.
- Ensures end-to-end traceability of requirements is complete.
- Expert in one or more business systems related to Healthcare or Payer.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- Hands-on experience with Service Cloud.
- Expert in LWC development, AURA, and Agentforce.
