Avionics Technician - Various Shifts (Mesa, AZ)
We are hiring immediately for an Avionics Technician.
What you will be doing as an Avionics Technician\:
In this role, you can expect to perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of avionics systems on board aircraft at a Textron Aviation Service Center. Your expertise will ensure the safety and efficiency of our aircraft. Join us and play a crucial role in maintaining top-notch aviation standards.
Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to)\:
Functional Testing\: Isolate and repair avionics system issues based on customer complaints, following FAA procedures
Problem Diagnosis\: Analyze in-flight data and customer feedback to diagnose and correct issues
Troubleshooting\: Identify and resolve defects in units or wiring discrepancies
Component Replacement\: Replace defective units, repair wiring, and modify aircraft as needed
Flight Testing\: Accompany pilots to conduct functional tests on repaired or aligned systems as needed
Instruction Compliance\: Perform duties based on aircraft orders, wiring diagrams, and both oral and written instructions
