Audio Visual and Lighting Installation & Events Manager (5 Years Experience Minimum)
Responsibilities
- Apply expertise in Audio Visual Lighting Systems and Control to design and implement events and fixed installations that meet client requirements
- Perform on-site termination and soldering to ensure reliable and high-quality audiovisual connections during deployments as required
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain seamless event operations and fixed installation handover
- Gather and analyze client needs to tailor audiovisual solutions that enhance event experiences
- Lead deployment, commissioning, and training activities to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction
- Manage maintenance of production and installation equipment to guarantee operational readiness and safety
- Oversee warehouse inventory and maintain orderliness to support efficient project execution
- Conduct maintenance of existing installations and servicing contracts to uphold service quality and client retention
- Drive initiatives to increase the Company’s market share through quality service delivery and client engagement
- Enhance the Company’s production, installation standards, and quality by implementing best practices and continuous improvement measures
- Report progress and operational updates directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Operations Director
