Job Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned minimum account, margin, and revenue targets to justify team costs.
- Handle and manage a team of at least 5 members.
- Source HNI clients and franchisees on a monthly basis.
- Advise HNI clients on investments and manage their overall investment portfolios.
- Ensure team performance and the timely achievement of individual and team targets.
- Generate consistent revenue for the company as per expectations.
- Promote and sell all company products effectively.
