AVP – Credit Portfolio Management (Leverage & Acquisition Finance)

A leading bank is hiring an AVP for its Credit Portfolio Management team, supporting leverage and acquisition financing, with exposure to structured credit, fund finance, and real estate financing.

The Role

• Support the preparation of credit applications, risk assessments, and financial/sensitivity analyses for leverage, acquisition, and structured transactions
• Assist with timely processing of approvals and consent requests, ensuring accuracy
• Work closely with Credit and origination teams on day-to-day queries
• Support compliance requirements and respond to audit requests
• Contribute to regular reporting for regulators and internal stakeholders

What You'll Need

• At least 7 years of experience in credit risk/portfolio management, with exposure to leverage and acquisition finance
• Solid credit judgment and understanding of capital structures and financing solutions
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Good stakeholder communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
