AVP – Distribution Strategy & Enablement (UAT, Project, $10k) (ID: 709669)

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement key digital strategies to enhance sales channels while resolving process challenges in business and project management.
• Support management in project sponsorship by clearly identifying business needs in alignment with IT capabilities and product owners.
• Engage with distribution partners to develop effective strategies that address their business requirements.
• Lead system enablement projects and assume the role of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) manager, ensuring deliverables are met within the established timelines.
• Prioritize and manage updates to digital platforms aimed at boosting distribution productivity.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective rollout of projects and strategies, providing clear status reports to senior management.
• Evaluate business and regulatory compliance risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a degree in a relevant field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a drive to push boundaries.
• Experience in project management, system implementation, and User Acceptance Testing for substantial or e-commerce projects is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly adaptable, with a readiness to tackle new challenges.
• Proficient in project management tools, including MS Office, JIRA, HPQC, and Confluence.
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability with a positive work attitude.
• Proactive in seeking improvements and embracing change.
