AVP FI Sales Solutioning and Bid Management Manager Global Transactions Service Institutional Banking Group

You will manage RFIs, RFPs, and client due-diligence questionnaires from start to finish. You will coordinate stakeholders, develop proposals and executive summaries, maintain bid and DDQ content repositories, support marketing events and campaigns, and prepare industry award submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of RFIs, RFPs, and competitive bids
• Coordinate stakeholders to prepare accurate and timely submissions
• Develop executive summaries, solution narratives, pricing summaries, and proposal documents
• Manage bid timelines, trackers, review cycles, and governance requirements
• Maintain bid content libraries and lessons-learned repositories
• Drive process enhancements and GenAI-enabled response automation
• Coordinate annual client due-diligence questionnaires
• Validate due-diligence responses and supporting documentation
• Support industry event materials and marketing campaigns
• Prepare and submit industry award nominations

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in transaction banking, securities services, corporate banking, financial institutions coverage, bid management, product management, or sales support
• Experience managing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, onboarding documentation, or complex proposals
• Familiarity with custody, cash management, payments, trade finance, liquidity management, or securities services is advantageous
• Cross-functional stakeholder coordination experience
• Project management skills
• Business writing, presentation, and proposal development skills
