AVP - Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Business and Leadership team ensuring the HR strategy supports overall business objectives and growth across all business lines with specific emphasis on Media Services.

- Drive strategic workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and resource optimisation in alignment with business growth plans.

- Lead and drive organizational design initiatives which optimize productivity, strengthen operational efficiency and enhance overall organization performance.

- Partner with business leaders to identify critical skills and capabilities required for current and future business needs.

- Drive learning and development initiatives to strengthen functional, managerial, and leadership capabilities.

- Provide inputs on compensation revisions, internal pay equity, salary positioning, and retention-related interventions.

- Conduct periodic compensation and benefits benchmarking to assess the organization's competitiveness against relevant industry and market benchmarks.

- Champion leadership effectiveness and people practices that enable employees and teams to perform at their best.

- Use employee feedback, engagement surveys, and exit insights to identify improvement areas and drive targeted interventions.

Key Skills, Qualification and Experience:

- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute

- Approximately 12-18 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial HRBP experience or leading a Business Unit within a large organization

- Strong experience in partnering with Business leaders, strong understanding of talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits.

- Experience of working in a dynamic, tech-driven or multi-business environment.

- Should be based in Gurgaon.
