AVP Location Analysis
Description
Salary: ฿80,000 – ฿120,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
Lead location strategy and site selection initiatives to support business growth and expansion.
Analyze store performance, demographics, trade areas, customer behavior, and competitor landscape to identify business opportunities.
Develop location evaluation models and site selection criteria for new store openings.
Assess underperforming stores and recommend action plans to improve sales and business performance.
Evaluate and select high-potential locations for future expansion based on data-driven analysis.
Build and maintain location databases, market intelligence, and performance analytics.
Collaborate with business development teams, property owners, brokers, and external partners to secure strategic locations.
Monitor location performance and continuously improve site selection methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Geography, or related fields.
At least 8-10 years of experience in Location Development, Retail Expansion, Site Selection, Business Expansion, or Strategic Planning.
Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and cross-functional projects.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, GIS, and data analytics tools.
Good command of English communication.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
