【The Role｜職務簡介】
As an AVP reporting directly to the CEO, you help shape MetaMEC's overall company strategy and own the growth, commercialization, and P&L of our Cloud-Native platform business. Your role is to set the business direction across markets, prioritize investment and resource allocation, and represent the company to the board, investors, and key industry partners. As the company's growth engine, you turn complex technology into commercial value, build the leadership bench, and scale the organization to deliver sustainable, profitable growth in Taiwan and, over time, international markets.

AVP直接向 CEO 報告,參與制定 MetaMEC 的公司整體戰略,並全權負責雲端原生平台業務的成長、商業化與損益。此職位負責訂定跨市場的戰略方向、排定投資與資源配置的優先順序,並代表公司面對董事會、投資人與關鍵產業夥伴。身為公司的成長引擎,此職位將複雜的技術轉化為商業價值、培養主管梯隊,並擴建組織,在台灣並隨業務進展邁向國際市場,帶領公司實現永續且獲利的成長。

【Key Job Responsibilities｜主要職責】
1. Company Strategy & Commercialization 公司戰略與商業化
Co-shape overall company strategy and set direction across markets; own P&L, pricing, and capital/resource allocation; and advise the CEO and board on major investment and partnership decisions.
共同制定公司整體戰略,跨市場訂定方向;全權負責 P&L、定價與資源/資本配置;並就重大投資與戰略合作決策向 CEO 與董事會提出建議。

2. Product & Technical Direction 產品與技術戰略
Set the direction for end-to-end native/private cloud solutions; anticipate frontier trends (generative AI, open models, confidential computing); and build strategic partnerships with global enterprise customers and chip/server ecosystem leaders.
訂定端到端原生雲/私有雲解決方案的方向；洞悉前沿趨勢（生成式 AI、開源模型、隱私運算）；並建立與全球大型企業客戶及晶片/伺服器生態龍頭的戰略夥伴關係。

3. Organization, Talent Development & Leadership 組織、人才培育與領導
Build the organization and leadership bench from the ground up, set a clear development direction for the team, lead matrixed collaboration from R&D to delivery, and act as a key internal and external leader—representing the company to partners, investors, and (as the business scales) international markets.
從零打造組織與主管梯隊，為團隊指出明確的發展方向；領導從研發到交付的矩陣式協作，並擔任對內與對外的核心領導角色——代表公司面對合作夥伴、投資人，並隨業務擴展邁向國際市場。

【Qualifications｜必備條件】
1. Senior Management Experience 核心資歷
15+ years in high-tech, cloud computing, or enterprise software/platform businesses, including 5+ years at executive level leading 50+ person cross-national teams (R&D/Product/Sales), with full P&L ownership (USD tens of millions) and experience working with boards or investors. Background in AI or data-center infrastructure is a plus.
15 年以上高科技、雲端運算或企業軟體/平台領域經驗,其中含 5 年以上高階主管層級、帶領 50 人以上跨國團隊(R&D/產品/業務)的經驗,曾全權負責億級P&L,並具與董事會或投資人協作的經驗;具 AI 或資料中心基礎設施背景者尤佳。

2. Technical & Domain Knowledge 技術與領域知識
Deep understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and private/hybrid/multi-cloud architectures, with hands-on experience building or scaling cloud-native PaaS platforms. Solid working knowledge of AI workloads, and familiarity with AI compute and data-center infrastructure (e.g. GPU clusters, MLOps) is a strong plus.
深入理解 Kubernetes、容器化及私有/混合/多雲架構,具備打造或擴展雲端原生 PaaS 平台的實戰經驗。對 AI 工作負載(AI workloads)有扎實的理解,並熟悉 AI 算力與資料中心基礎設施(如 GPU 叢集、MLOps)者尤佳。

3. Business & Soft Skills 商業與軟實力
Outstanding commercial negotiation and C-level communication; able to anticipate opportunities and turn insight into direction that drives the team and grows the organization; decisive under high-pressure, fast-changing conditions.
卓越的商業談判與 C-level 溝通能力;能前瞻洞察商機,並將洞察轉化為帶領團隊、推動組織發展的方向與動能;在高壓、高速變動環境下具決斷力與危機處理能力。
