AVP, Portfolio Governance & Delivery Assurance Analyst, GO&T

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and outcomes‑driven IT Portfolio Governance & Delivery Assurance Analyst to uplift delivery standards, strengthen governance discipline, and drive consistent execution quality across the project portfolio.

The role drives delivery assurance activities and enables data‑driven decision‑making.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll work closely with delivery teams and senior leaders to ensure our portfolio operates with discipline, transparency, and confidence

You will:

Monitor project health through dashboards and identify systemic risks and recurring issues

Transform data into insight — and insight into action

Conduct governance and delivery assurance reviews to assess alignment to governance frameworks

Strengthen delivery maturity and project execution consistency

Qualification

8+ years of experience in project or program management, with strong exposure to delivery governance

Strong understanding in governance frameworks, delivery assurance, and project lifecycle methodologies

Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities

A continuous‑improvement mindset with focus on quality, consistency and delivery excellence

Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent (an advantage)

Experience in portfolio audits or compliance assurance

Side note:

This role is 100% work in office, currently based at Tampines and will relocate to Punggol Q3/Q4 2026
