Job Description
* Proactively identify and acquire new clients, expanding the bank's client base.
* Manage and cultivate existing client relationships, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
* Develop and implement tailored financial strategies and solutions, including investment products, loans, and other banking services.
* Monitor client portfolios, conduct regular reviews, and provide timely advice on market trends and investment opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., product specialists, wealth planners) to deliver integrated financial solutions.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Private Banking division.
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
* Proven track record of successful client acquisition and portfolio growth.
* Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management principles.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build rapport and trust with sophisticated clients.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in relevant banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
