AVP, Settlement, Direct Custody and Clearing, HSS

Job Description

• Responsible for driving every part of the trade settlement with local brokers
• Foreign Exchange execution request handling as per various types of client instructions
• Manage BAU operations with a strong emphasis on control, efficiency and process alignment
• Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the risk
• Provide accurate and valuable response to the client inquiries with sufficient knowledge of market information
• Outstanding transaction handling with client and counterparty
• Review client Service Level Agreement regularly

Qualifications

• Good command of Korean and English in both writing & speaking
• Good communication skills for internal and external clients
• Good understanding of overall banking transactions and operational policy and procedure
• Strong attention to details with accuracy
• Good process analysis and problem solving skills
• Strong Team Player with Customer Service oriented attitude
• Sufficient knowledge in various banking systems, policy, procedure and market information
• 7~8 years of Custody Business or banking operations experience
