As a Structured & Project Finance specialist at OCBC, you'll play a key transactional role in enabling clients to achieve their growth ambitions through innovative financing solutions. As product group member within GCB, you'll work on complex transactions involving Project Finance, ECA Finance, Acquisition Finance, Fund Finance, etc., to contribute to the bank's mission of being a leading financial services partner for a sustainable future.
How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to combine technical expertise with commercial acumen and strong interpersonal skills. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and Structured Financing solutions that meet their objectives. You'll also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that deals are executed efficiently and effectively.
What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Origination and execution of Structured & Project Finance transactions
2. Financial modeling and analysis of cash flows
3. Due diligence and risk assessment of complex transactions
4. Structuring and negotiating financing agreements
5. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholder
Who you are
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Knowledge and familiarity in Project Finance or Acquisition Finance
Strong technical skills, including financial modeling and cash flow analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
