AVP/VP – Compliance

Raipur, Chhattisgarh | 20+ yrs | ₹30 LPA | LLB/LLM (CS preferred)

Lead Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs for the group, reporting to the MD/CEO.

What you’ll do

• Set the group’s compliance strategy and governance framework
  
• Lead apex-level engagement with state and central regulators for clearances and expansion approvals
  
• Oversee corporate governance, overseas entities, contracts and litigation strategy
  
• Own legal and regulatory risk reporting to the MD and Board
  
• Build the compliance and legal teams and own the budget
  

What we need

• 20+ yrs in legal and regulatory compliance, with 7–8+ yrs in senior leadership in large manufacturing
  
• Strong network with senior government officials and regulators
  
• Board-level communication skills
