AVP VP Digital Strategy and Transformation Global Financial Markets Investment Banking

You will support and execute the digital transformation roadmap for Investment Banking. You will identify process improvements, automate workflows, develop business cases, manage platform enhancements, support UAT and releases, implement AI use cases, evaluate CRM solutions, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain governance, planning, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the digital transformation roadmap
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate workflows, and improve operating efficiency
• Drive business cases and strategic initiatives from concept through implementation
• Enhance key platforms with business users and technology teams
• Gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and manage delivery across the project lifecycle
• Support UAT, production rollouts, and post-implementation reviews
• Identify and implement AI use cases
• Coordinate pilot initiatives using DBS GPT, Copilot, and emerging AI capabilities
• Support evaluation, design, and implementation of an Investment Banking CRM platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders and prepare management presentations and governance materials
• Support budgeting, planning, project monitoring, and documentation

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Strategy, COO, Business Management, Product Management, Digital Transformation, or similar roles
• Experience working with Sales and Trading or Capital Markets businesses preferred
• Understanding of Fixed Income and Equity products and workflows is advantageous
