《AWS》AI Partnership Alliance Manager

This role serves as the primary bridge between the AI vendor and our internal Sales, Solution Architecture, Delivery, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
The Partnership PM is not expected to own sales opportunities, technical solution design, or campaign execution. Instead, this role ensures that internal teams can effectively access the vendor’s people, partner programs, enablement resources, co-sell support, and commercial benefits.
The ideal candidate is organized, commercially aware, comfortable working across multiple teams, and able to turn a strategic vendor relationship into a practical and repeatable operating model.

此職位主要擔任所負責建立合作夥伴關係的 AI Vendor 與公司內部銷售、技術、行銷、營運等利害關係人的溝通橋梁。核心任務為確保內部團隊能有效取得並運用 Vendor 提供的銷售資源、Partner Program 及技術支援。
人選需具備良好的組織與跨團隊協作能力、商業敏感度，並能將策略性的供應商關係轉化為實際、可落地且可複製的合作與營運模式。

Required Experience / 經驗條件

• 3+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, business development, program management, cloud ecosystem, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
• Experience working with technology vendors, hyperscalers, ISVs, or AI companies.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Experience coordinating activities across Sales, Technical, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Ability to understand technical products at a business level and translate them into practical guidance for internal teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities without losing focus.

• 具備 3 年以上 Alliance、Partnership、Business Development、Program Management、Cloud Ecosystem、SaaS 或 Enterprise Technology 相關工作經驗。
• 具備與 Technology Vendor、Hyperscaler、ISV 或 AI 公司合作的相關經驗。
• 具備優秀的 stakeholder management 與 project management 能力。
• 具備跨 Sales、Technical、Marketing 與 Leadership 團隊協調與推動專案的經驗。
• 能從商業角度理解技術產品，並將相關資訊轉化為內部團隊可實際執行的指引。
• 具備良好的書面與口頭溝通能力。
• 能獨立作業並同時管理多項工作優先順序，在多工環境下仍能維持清楚的工作重點。
