Job Description - AWS Cloud Infrastructure Architect (L3/L4) Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience. / Location : Chennai - Employment Type: Permanent
- - Work Mode: Work from Office - Chennai)
- Shift: 24/5 Shift (2 months once night shift in rotational) - Immediate Joineers / Serving Notice Period Required. - Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Architecture, and Operations.
- Hands-on experience providing L3/L4-level infrastructure support.
We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Infrastructure Architect with strong expertise in designing, implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise-level AWS cloud infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in L3/L4-level technical support, infrastructure troubleshooting, cloud architecture, and complex issue resolution. Candidates must possess both deep technical knowledge and infrastructure architecture capabilities.
Key Responsibilities - Design, architect, and implement scalable, highly available, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Provide L3/L4-level support for complex AWS infrastructure issues and critical production environments.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution of critical infrastructure incidents.
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and security.
- Define cloud infrastructure architecture, standards, best practices, and operational guidelines.
- Identify infrastructure risks and recommend appropriate solutions to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Networking, and Application teams to ensure seamless cloud operations.
- Drive infrastructure optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Architecture.
- Proven experience in L3/L4-level infrastructure support.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, infrastructure design, and cloud operations.
- Expertise in advanced troubleshooting and production issue resolution.
- Experience in designing and maintaining enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, availability, and disaster recovery.
- 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Must have strong L3/L4-level infrastructure support experience.
- Must possess AWS Infrastructure Architect-level expertise.
- Should have hands-on experience in managing complex enterprise infrastructure environments.
