We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing data solutions using AWS services. As an AWS Data Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and optimizing data storage solutions. You will work closely with data scientists and analysts to provide them with the necessary data infrastructure to support their analytics and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS services such as AWS Glue, Lambda, and Athena.
- Implement data storage solutions using AWS S3 and AWS Neptune, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
- Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with AWS services, particularly Lake Formation, AWS Neptune, and S3.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation tasks.
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience with graph databases.
- Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
