Position Overview:

As a AWS Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable cloud-based data solutions within the AWS ecosystem. You will partner closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to build reliable, secure, and high-performing data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines on AWS.
  • Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using AWS Glue.
  • Develop automation, orchestration, and data transformation solutions using Python.
  • Design and support enterprise data warehousing solutions with Amazon Redshift and Snowflake.
  • Develop and manage relational database solutions using Amazon RDS.
  • Build high-performance NoSQL solutions using Amazon DynamoDB.
  • Create serverless, event-driven applications using AWS Lambda.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and platform reliability.
  • Optimize data architectures for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused data solutions.
