Job Description :

  • CLIENT is seeking experienced DevOps engineers to enhance our Cloud Services team, supporting a multitude of project teams globally as part of our “Cloud First” strategy.
  • In the Global Cloud Services Operations team, we are specifically looking for individuals who are passionate about Cloud and have supported a rich variety of workloads across a broad range of Cloud services. Our focus is on managing AWS, GCP and Azure accounts, operating key platform services, and assisting development teams in launching new applications.
  • Supporting project teams to build safe, reliable, and secure systems that address CLIENT’s business needs.
  • Providing on-call support, solving technical problems and helping to resolve incidents.
  • Writing clear documentation that can be read by both technical and non-technical people.
  • Assisting in the management of AWS accounts and operating key platform services.
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure secure and efficient project launches.
  • We work in an agile team, ensuring highly resilient, scalable, and performant solutions in an automated and efficient manner.
  • Engineers who are comfortable leading major incident investigations, providing on-call support, and collaborating on projects with colleagues.
  • Python developers who love automating solutions. If your Python skills aren’t much to brag about, then a development understanding with excellent scripting skills would also work.
  • Broad experience working across many Cloud services, with a specific focus on AWS.
  • Practical understanding of DevOps and Agile working methodologies. You build it, you own it, you support it mentality.
  • Demonstrable enterprise infrastructure delivery success stories.
  • Good understanding of Linux and/or Windows operating systems, proficient experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code tooling such as Git, Ansible and Terraform.
  • You must believe that security is a fundamental aspect of delivering solutions and know what it takes to do so in an AWS context.
  • AWS certification(s).
  • Linux or Windows certification(s).
  • Good non-functional testing experience.
  • An understanding of risk management and compliance.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry
