AWS DevOps Engineer

Summary

Designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines for a global fintech platform, automating builds, tests, and deployments across web, desktop, and mobile using GitHub Actions, Docker, CMake, and AWS IaC tools.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to architect and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, working closely with a cross-platform engineering team delivering web, desktop, and mobile products. This is a hands-on role combining release engineering, containerization, and multi-language build automation.

Project
The project is a global fintech platform enabling businesses — exchanges, wallets, payment processors, and ATMs — to store, send, and receive digital tokens instantly and securely across blockchains.

Responsibilities
Design, architect, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring fast, reliable, and reproducible software delivery
Implement test-driven deployment practices, integrating automated testing, validation, and monitoring into the release cycle
Containerize applications and microservices with Docker, optimizing image builds for distributed environments
Own the build, packaging, and publishing lifecycle for JavaScript and TypeScript packages, including versioning, semantic tagging, and NPM/internal registry publication
Build and maintain cross-platform C++ build pipelines using CMake, ensuring consistent compilation across web, desktop, and mobile
Automate end-to-end release processes — tagging, building, signing, and distributing mobile, web, and desktop applications
Define and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to provision scalable, secure infrastructure
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot deployment issues and improve release reliability
Continuously improve observability and monitoring to support operational excellence

Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience architecting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent) in production
Strong proficiency in test-driven deployment methodologies and automated test suites
Expertise in Docker: image creation, registry management, and basic orchestration patterns
Experience managing JavaScript/TypeScript package lifecycles, including versioning and NPM publishing
In-depth knowledge of CMake and native C++ build/deployment pipelines
Advanced Linux administration and networking skills: shell scripting, package management, firewalls, VPN configuration
Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation
Experience with mobile CI/CD (build, tagging, publication for iOS and Android)
Strong release management skills: automated versioning, signing, artifact distribution
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable working in globally distributed teams
Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to have: experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK; exposure to fintech/blockchain environments; familiarity with AI/ML pipelines (PyTorch, TensorFlow)

What We Offer
Transparent strategy and thoughtful management that keep everyone aligned
Space for personal growth and career development without limits
A culture of continuous learning: internal courses, workshops, and English classes twice a week
Skill up events where we share experience and stay on top of trends
Competitive perks: flexible schedule, a strong compensation package, support for professional certifications, and generous vacation policy
Team spirit that thrives through regular events, gatherings, and celebrations
