AWS DevOps Engineer

Join our Platform Engineering team to build and run secure, scalable, cloud-native systems on AWS. You'll work alongside engineers, architects, and ops to keep our platform fast, reliable, and developer-friendly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Cloud Infrastructure — Design and maintain AWS environments (EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS, RDS, S3, Route 53, CloudFront, Lambda) using IaC.

• Kubernetes — Run containerized workloads on Amazon EKS; manage clusters, ECR images, scaling, and resilience.

• CI/CD & GitOps — Build pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline; deploy to Kubernetes with ArgoCD. Automate everything that hurts when done by hand.

• Infrastructure as Code — Write reusable Terraform modules; ship infra changes through Git workflows.

• Observability & Reliability — Set up monitoring and alerting with Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.

• Security — Apply AWS and Kubernetes security best practices: IAM, secrets, encryption, vulnerability management.

• Collaboration — Partner with dev teams, contribute to architecture and documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Experience: A background in DevOps, SRE, Cloud, or Systems Engineering, with some hands-on exposure to AWS in real environments.

• AWS: EC2, EKS, IAM, VPC, RDS, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch, Lambda

• Kubernetes & Docker: Networking, ingress, autoscaling, storage

• Terraform: Modules, Git-based workflows (CloudFormation a plus)

• CI/CD & GitOps: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CodePipeline, ArgoCD

• Scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell

• Observability: Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana

• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, SSL/TLS, security groups

• Collaboration tools: Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)

NICE TO HAVE:

• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, SysOps). If you don't have them yet, we'll support a clear learning path to get certified on the company.
