As an AWS Full Stack Developer - Manager, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, crafting advanced software solutions that drive digital transformation and elevate business performance. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that redefine industries and deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also engage in meaningful client relationships, inspire your teams, and navigate ambiguity, all while upholding PwC’s quality standards and contributing to the firm's purpose, values, and broader business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and mentoring teams to enhance performance and deliver exceptional client service
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Utilizing cloud-based platforms and tools to optimize software development processes
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality
- Conducting code reviews and implementing coding standards to maintain quality software
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Promoting the adoption of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Identifying opportunities for business process improvement and implementing strategic solutions
- Addressing technical challenges and troubleshooting issues to maintain system reliability

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering.

- 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience.

- Deep proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js) and backend technologies (Java, Python, Node.js/TypeScript).

- Extensive experience designing REST and GraphQL APIs with API Gateway, AppSync, and serverless patterns.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda (Functions, MicroVMs), S3, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFront, Cognito, IAM.

- Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines at scale using CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and Amplify.

- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, Fargate).

- Strong understanding of application security (Cognito, IAM, KMS, WAF) and cloud governance.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Practices.

- Prior experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design
