As an AWS Gen AI Engineer - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications that deliver exceptional user experiences across industries
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to improve software quality
- Implementing microservices architecture and enterprise application integration for scalable solutions
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and software integrity
- Collaborating with teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional software designs
- Managing application lifecycle and software project planning to meet client needs and expectations
- Leveraging programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to develop robust applications
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating the needs of teams and clients
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD)
- Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies

- Leveraging experience in enterprise application architecture and integration

- Design and develop generative AI applications using Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, and foundation models.

- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using Bedrock Knowledge Bases with agentic retrieval, smart parsing, and multi-modal content support.

- Develop custom ML models using SageMaker (training, fine-tuning, and deployment via JumpStart and HyperPod).

- Implement prompt engineering, optimization, and fine-tuning workflows; leverage Intelligent Prompt Routing for cost optimization.

- Configure and manage Bedrock Guardrails for content safety, PII filtering, and hallucination mitigation with Automated Reasoning checks.

- Design data ingestion pipelines connecting enterprise sources (S3, SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, OneDrive, Web Crawler) to Knowledge Bases.

- Conduct model evaluation, benchmarking, and A/B testing across foundation models.

- Integrate GenAI capabilities into production applications using orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Strands Agents).

- Provide technical guidance to associates on AI/ML best practices.
