Aws/Java Full stack Technical lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a Java / AWS Full Stack Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in delivering enterprise-scale applications and leading high-performing development teams. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, AWS services, Angular/React, databases, DevOps, and Agile delivery.

This role requires end-to-end ownership of application delivery, including solution design, development, deployment, work assignment, technical guidance, QA coordination, BSA coordination, stakeholder communication, release management, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end application development and delivery across design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and maintenance.
• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and Angular/React.
• Own technical delivery by managing work assignments, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Partner with BSA, QA, Product, Architecture, DevOps, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, coordinate testing,

and drive successful releases.

• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, solution design workshops, code reviews, and implementation planning.
• Work with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, and cloud-native architectures.
• Drive Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, resource planning, and guidance to distributed and cross-functional development teams.
• Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure application quality through strong engineering practices, code reviews, unit testing, integration testing support,

QA coordination, and defect resolution.

• Support database design, query optimization, and application reliability using PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, support performance tuning, and ensure application stability.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, blockers, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.
• Promote ownership mindset, engineering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and full-stack application development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular or React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Extensive experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, API design, application security, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong database knowledge with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, and SQL query optimization.
• Experience leading development teams, assigning work, mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and ensuring delivery quality.
• Strong experience coordinating with QA, BSA, Product, Architecture, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, sprint planning, backlog management, release management, and production support.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
