As an AWS Migration Specialist - Senior Manager, you will lead transformative projects within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on migrating complex systems to AWS platforms. Your role involves strategic advising and leveraging your skills to deliver impactful solutions to clients. As a Senior Manager, you will guide teams through intricate challenges, applying sound judgment and fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving project success and contributing to the firm's business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Leading AWS migration projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Developing and implementing software engineering solutions using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.NET
- Utilizing API management and microservices architecture to enhance application integration and performance
- Conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards to validate quality software development
- Applying continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to streamline software deployment processes
- Designing enterprise application architecture and integrating systems to support business requirements
- Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to optimize system functionality and reliability
- Managing client relationships and providing strategic input to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
- Promoting business process improvement through acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) and quality assurance testing
- Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 15+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- 15+ years of experience in software engineering or cloud infrastructure.

- 6+ years of hands-on AWS experience in migration or transformation.

- Mastery of cloud migration strategies, wave planning, and enterprise-scale execution (50+ applications).

- Proven track record leading complex migration programs.

- Extensive experience with AWS MGN, AWS Transform (agentic and self-directed rehost), DMS (AI-assisted schema conversion, multi-AZ redundancy, zero data loss validation), SCT, and Migration Hub.

- Expert-level application refactoring and cloud-native architecture design.

- Deep expertise in complex database schema migrations across heterogeneous platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB to Aurora/RDS).

- Extensive experience with API integration testing and validation at scale.

- Strong backend development experience with Java, Python, Node.js, or equivalent.

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to drive migration strategy at the executive level.

- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Practices.

- Strong understanding of application security, identity management, and cloud governance
