As a AWS Platform Engineer you will design and build cloud data infrastructure, data pipelines, and integration solutions that support analytics and machine learning operations across client engagements within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach and develop staff, manage project workstreams, and validate timelines and deliverables while bringing a practical understanding of business needs, technology delivery, and quality review. In this role at PwC, you will guide work across AWS, Redshift, CI/CD, and MLOps activities, coordinate technical execution, support stakeholder discussions, and help advance cloud data modernization efforts that turn data into usable insight.

Responsibilities

- Leading AWS-based data platform initiatives across Redshift, Databricks, and Snowflake environments
- Managing client delivery workstreams for data engineering, platform modernization, and analytics enablement
- Guiding teams in building, testing, and deploying data pipelines, ETL processes, and transformation logic
- Developing CI/CD workflows for infrastructure, application, and data release automation
- Designing scalable cloud data architectures that support performance, security, and integration needs
- Overseeing ML Ops activities that support model deployment, monitoring, and operational readiness
- Applying data modeling, warehouse design, and query tuning methods to improve platform performance
- Reviewing technical deliverables, resolving delivery issues, and advancing team skills through coaching
- Identifying modernization opportunities across data infrastructure, migration, and platform optimization efforts

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
