- In-depth assessments with clients to understand business and technical needs
- Analysis of client requirements and proposal of feasible technical solutions
- Identification of client challenges and goals with recommendation of effective solutions
- Collaboration with sales team to develop competitive sales strategies
- Technical support in sales process including answering questions and facilitating client communication
- Management of client requirements scope and drafting of contractual proposals
- Participation in RFI/RFP responses
- Application of AWS enablement/support programs based on client needs
- Contribution to creation of accurate cost estimates for recommended solutions
- Preparation of proposals highlighting value and benefits of solutions
- Design of complex AWS-based solutions tailored to client needs and delivery capabilities
- Preparation of detailed architectures, documentation, and proposals
- Ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with AWS best practices
- Technical alignment of proposed solutions with internal teams
- Tracking latest AWS services, AI developments, and cloud technologies
- Maintenance of deep knowledge of SnapSoft's service offerings
- Obtaining and maintaining relevant AWS certifications
- Client contact mainly from EU region
- Devising custom solutions or optimizing existing solutions according to client needs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Presales Solution Architect or similar role with focus on Artificial Intelligence
- Strong technical background in GenAI
- Deep understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proactive, solution-focused attitude and ability to work independently
- Customer-focused mindset
- Business fluent English proficiency
- Experience with Terraform and Terragrunt
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Application development experience
- Experience with cloud migrations
- AWS Professional or Specialty certifications
- Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
