As an AWS Solution Architect - Manager, you will design and implement innovative technology solutions to meet clients' business needs, leveraging your experience in analyzing requirements and developing technical designs. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in designing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures that optimize technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients
- Analyzing business requirements to develop technical designs that meet client needs
- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of technology solutions
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other cloud platforms to optimize technology infrastructure
- Conducting business impact analysis to identify opportunities for enhanced business performance
- Overseeing the deployment of scalable system architectures and integration frameworks
- Mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and improve performance
- Facilitating brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and creativity in solution development
- Validating data flow and system interactions to confirm efficient operations
- Engaging in strategic technology planning to align with client objectives and industry trends

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Lead end-to-end cloud architecture design for enterprise-scale solutions on AWS.

- Design cloud architecture solutions leveraging the full breadth of AWS services including compute (EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Fargate), storage (S3, EBS, EFS), databases (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, Neptune), and networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, CloudFront, Global Accelerator, Route 53).

- Lead Well-Architected Framework reviews using the AWS WA Tool and drive remediation programs across all six pillars.

- Design complex cross-service integrations using API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, and AppSync.

- Drive cost optimization and FinOps practices using Cost Explorer, Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, Compute Optimizer, and AWS Budgets.

- Design multi-account strategies using AWS Organizations, Control Tower, and Landing Zone architectures.

- Implement performance optimization strategies using CloudWatch, X-Ray, and Trusted Advisor.

- Govern architecture compliance across multiple project workstreams using AWS Config and Service Catalog.

- Lead and mentor architecture teams, establishing best practices and design standards.

- Drive architectural decision-making and stakeholder alignment.

- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and business teams for delivery excellence.
